Key Responsibilities

• Performance and Automation Testing : Design, implement, and maintain performance and automation test scripts for assigned products.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to create performance test plans, strategies, and acceptance criteria.
• Test Case Automation : Automate UI, API, and end-to-end test cases and integrate them into CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
• Performance Monitoring : Analyze application performance, database servers, and other system components, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Framework Maintenance : Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Test Planning : Develop comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure optimal test coverage.
• Team Coordination : Work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
