Quality assurance analyst Jobs in Cincinnati, OH

AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a Digital Quality Assurance Analyst to join our organization here in Wilmington, DE or Cincinnati, OH.

This position is a hybrid role and will require you to be on-site multiple days week.

Responsibilities & Duties :

Assist in developing and executing test plans based on project requirements.

Conduct manual testing of digital products, including websites and applications, to ensure functionality and usability.

Design and implement robust automated test frameworks for web applications, APIs, and services.

Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.

Define automation strategy to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Conduct thorough testing of APIs and integrations to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.

Utilize tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar for testing and validating APIs.

Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines to ensure rapid feedback and deployment cycles.

Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system.

Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and ensure testing is comprehensive.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

3-5+ years in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on test automation

Experience with a testing automation tool, Playwright a plus.

Experience in Jira or other project management tools

Github experience preferred

Mobile app testing

React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Javascript understanding

A / B testing and reporting best practices

PCI Compliance best practices

ADA compliance WCAG 2.1 AA

Sitecore / Adobe products knowledge
