  • Duties and Responsibilities : The Quality Assurance Audit Specialist will manage the Contact & Servicing Center's Quality Management System to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will support our back-office teams to identify and mitigate risk.

  • Work directly with internal teams to build out robust Quality Programs, including developing controls and reporting
  • Work directly with our clients to build out Quality Programs that meet their requirements and expectations
  • Conduct daily sampling of operational transactions and outputs to verify accuracy and completeness
  • Record and analyze sampling results to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Deliver and present Quality results to senior leadership and clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and management, and clients on process improvements
  • Identify ways to leverage existing technology and Microsoft Products to eliminate gaps and mitigate risk
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Perform ad-hoc functions as necessary
  • Additional Skills / Knowledge :

  • Strong documentation and procedure writing skills, including experience creating procedure documents
  • Committed to continuous improvement by identifying quality, efficiency, or cost savings opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and service Quality focused with strong attention to detail

  • Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years high volume collections and document processing experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associated Degree
  • 2+ years’ high-volume collections and / or document processing experience e
  • Experience with building reports in Excel or SharePoint and working with automation
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role
  • Technical writing skills a plus
  • Travel required :
