Quality Assurance Specialist

Accurately and efficiently perform various warehouse activities, including moving, checking, packing, receiving, and shipping warehouse inventory. This position requires palletizing products and bringing them to the scan station for verification and shipping. A strong attention to detail is crucial for ensuring order accuracy through visual checks and scanning procedures. You will utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and receive training on specific equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform quality control checks as requested to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Execute tasks related to warehousing, material handling, and other assigned duties.
• Ensure order accuracy by visual checks and scanning procedures.
• Palletize products and transport them to scan stations for verification and shipping.

Work Environment :

Work the first shift from 8am-4 : 30pm, with potential overtime during peak periods, especially in December. The facility is very clean but non-climate controlled, adapting to weather conditions. It consists of seven separate warehouses, fostering quiet spaces and close-knit teams. Managers are personable and know everyone by name.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $16.81 - $16.81 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
