The Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure creation and execution of software testing procedures. This role will be a detail oriented, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about quality with the ability to grasp tough issues quickly and deliver well engineered, high-quality solutions. This role will be responsible for building automation scripts, test cases for multiple applications including web applications and Power BI reports.

How You'll Help Our Team Succeed :

• Manages the full-cycle software quality assurance process.
• Creates comprehensive test automation scripts from business requirements / acceptance criteria and functional specifications documents.
• Executes manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.
• Maintains automated and manual test script libraries for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Aligns with the Software Development Life Cycle practices, comply with Information Security and Data Governance practices.
• Interprets results of automation tests and document software defects in issue tracking system; proactively communicates issues with developers and other project team members.
• Provides testing leadership by identifying opportunities for improvement in the Scrum team's QA methodology, innovate by researching and recommending new approaches to automation of testing, including use of Artificial Intelligence.
• Adheres to a testing schedule to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
• Actively participates in the agile software development process by adhering to the Scrum methodology including attending all daily / weekly standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Boston : $125,500 - $152,200

Washington, DC : $116,000 - $140,700

Los Angeles : $118,100 - $143,200

New York : $121,600 - $147,500

San Francisco : $128,500 - $155,800

Silicon Valley : $130,900 - $158,800
