About the Team

The E-commerce Governance and Experience (GNE) team works to ensure customer satisfaction and a sustainable sales environment. The Service and Moderation Team (SMT) aims to provide excellent service experiences for TikTok Shop users and is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Lead.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of quality analysts, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee QA operations, developing strategies that align with regional requirements for consistent service delivery.
Establish robust processes for effective content moderation.
Monitor performance metrics to improve moderation operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address moderation challenges.
Identify and communicate risks and insights to stakeholders regarding policy and systems.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, operations, or project management.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the technology sector.

Self-motivated with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to engage with leadership on complex topics.

Familiarity with e-commerce compliance and internet governance.

Preferred Qualification

Master's degree in business or related fields.

Experience in Quality Assurance for e-commerce platforms.

Knowledge of the policy and moderation landscape.

Experience managing large-scale operations across various domains.
