Job Description :

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Assurance Representative / Site Superintendent to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing :

On-Site Support to customer / client providing quality assurance services specific to atleast one of the following definable features of work : earthwork, handling of hazardousmaterials, data management, water management, aggregate processing, concrete placement, and testing, FDOT regulations, LEED guidelines, and structural.

Responsibilities includes providing on site quality assurance oversight of contractorsperforming construction of heavy civil works projects.

Construction inspection of dams, levees and dikes, seepage cutoff walls, dike / embankment inspections, construction of berms and all ancillary features such as flood control gates,pump stations and associated electrical works, other general construction.

Evaluation and analysis of records associated with construction activities.

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

Requires a minimum of 7+ years of experience in construction and 7 or more years of experience in heavy civil projects

Shall be physically capable of walking over rough terrain and standing long periods of time.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring :

Skilled written and verbal communicator capable of completing daily reports and effectively corresponding with client, end user and construction contractor personnel

Ability to work independently in a field environment overseeing construction contractor activities

Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
