This is an excellent opportunity for those with prior manufacturing experience wanting to move into quality inspection, or for recent high school graduates with strong computer skills who are ready to learn a skill trade.

We will provide full training on Faro Arm and Laser Tracker equipment, offering a clear path to building a long-term career in aerospace quality and metrology.

Responsibilities:
• Train on and learn to operate precision measurement equipment, including Faro Arms and Laser Trackers.
• Assist with inspections and measurements to ensure aerospace components meet strict engineering specifications.
• Support data collection and reporting through measurement software.
• Work alongside machinists and quality inspectors to ensure part accuracy and proper alignment.
• Maintain safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:
• Interest in quality inspection, aerospace manufacturing, or metrology.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
