About the Role :

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Quality

Assurance Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll craft and execute

test plans, dig into software issues, and work closely with developers to

ensure top-notch performance and reliability. From writing clear technical

reports to helping improve our QA processes, your work will directly impact the

What You’ll Do :

Evaluate and test new software features and bug fixes to

ensure they meet user requirements and design specifications

Recommend improvements to testing procedures and contribute

to the evolution of QA best practices

Support Senior QA Specialists in implementing process

enhancements and driving continuous quality improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software

functionality, performance, and reliability

Who You Are :

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer / Engineering Sciences, Math, or

related discipline, or equivalent experience

Two (2) to five (5) years of software domain(s) experience

and / or quality assurance experience with working knowledge of quality testing

tools and systems

Proven ability to diagnose, report, track and effectively

communicate quality issues for several projects concurrently

• Ability to work at both detailed and conceptual levels
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced development

environment

Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and

ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at all

levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients

Annual Salary Range : $72,800 - $81,900
