In this role, you won't just be checking boxes-you will be tracking team performance, ensuring our machine operators hit their targets, and keeping our compliance paperwork flawless. If you want a role that rewards responsibility with an automatic pay raise after month one, this is it! ...
Starting Pay: $15.00/hr during the first month (training period), automatically bumping up to $16.00/hr once training is complete!
You will temporarily work the Night Shift for the first month of training, then permanently transition to the Morning Shift thereafter.

Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Regularly monitor and audit machine operators to ensure production meets strict quality and efficiency standards.

Documentation: Accurately fill out daily production reports, quality logs, and compliance paperwork.


Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Previous experience in quality control, machine operation, or a warehouse floor leadership role.

Familiarity with agricultural, food safety, or packaging manufacturing standards.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate with team members and complete paperwork.
