Job Title : QA / QC Supervisor

Location : Colorado Springs, CO

Salary Range : $99,800 - $124,700

Work Hours : Monday-Friday, start between 6 : 00-7 : 00 AM, end between 4 : 00-5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Travel : Required to regional branch offices and job sites based on business needs

General Job Description :

As the QA / QC Supervisor, you will lead the QA / QC Project Team by setting clear expectations, coaching direct reports, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout fabrication and installation. You will oversee the First-in Inspection process to reduce risk and cost, resolve quality issues, and audit project-specific quality control plans to ensure compliance with company SOPs. This role is critical to supporting project success and influencing quality requirement changes.

Supervises : Quality Control Inspectors

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Lead inspection, analysis, testing, and integration to ensure product / component quality.
• Review design documentation for compliance with requirements and standards.
• Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods to evaluate processes.
• Collaborate with General Contractor's QA Manager on inspections, audits, and non-conformance issues.
• Onboard and guide new inspectors on project quality expectations.
• Attend weekly project meetings to review status, activities, and deadlines.
• Evaluate purchased products / components and advise on vendor acceptance.
• Document and report quality assurance activities and findings.
• Recommend process improvements and communicate significant issues to management.
• Stay current with government and industry QA codes and standards.
• Present technical and program information to teams and leadership.
• Lead technical and administrative QA personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of QA / QC and project team.
