Youll be the person who notices what others miss. Your judgment will directly influence how we evolve the product and where we invest engineering time.

What Youll Do

Review reports line-by-line against their original source documents (Disclosure docs, HOA docs, CC&Rs, meeting minutes, etc.)

Identify inaccuracies , missing information, inconsistencies, and potential risks

Audit report formatting, structure, and clarity for a smooth user experience

Collaborate with product & engineering to refine prompts, improve extraction logic, and catch systemic issues early

Document QA workflows and help shape our internal quality standards

Participate in beta testing as a real end-user : navigate the app, break things, stress test flows, and give clear, actionable feedback

Track patterns across errors or friction points and help prioritize fixes

Champion attention to detail across the team

The Deal

Compensation : Hourly / deliverables contract to start, opportunity to transition to full-time as we grow.

Location : Remote-friendly. Bay Area preferred.
