Position Overview :
The Quality Manager is responsible for managing and implementing the quality management and quality improvement programs within the healthcare facility. This role oversees quality assurance and compliance functions, ensuring that all programs and services meet the highest standards of care. The Quality Manager is also responsible for monitoring and updating policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices. This position requires strong leadership, creativity, and judgment to plan, direct, and execute quality initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the implementation of the facility's quality management and quality improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and that services are delivered at the highest level of care.
- Lead the quality assurance processes, including monitoring and improving patient care services.
- Regularly update policies and procedures to ensure they align with regulatory changes and best practices.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff and teams in quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive consistency and excellence in care delivery.
- Lead and coordinate staff training on quality standards and improvement methodologies.
- Use extensive experience and sound judgment to achieve quality goals and objectives.
- Perform a variety of tasks with a high degree of creativity and independence.
Qualifications :
In-depth knowledge of quality management, quality improvement, and compliance procedures.
