Job description
A company is looking for a QC Analyst who will conduct quality control reviews for prefunding and post-closing loans.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain a pipeline of prefunding and post-closing loans to review within required turn times
Assess loan quality, eligibility, and compliance of selected loans
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and internal guidelines
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage quality control, including conventional and government loans
Experience in reviewing mortgage credit packages and calculating loan ratios
Knowledge of income and asset verification, credit reports, and loan documentation
Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize under time constraints
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
