Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee and implement quality assurance and control processes for data center and other large construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction quality management, a deep understanding of industry standards, and the ability to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures specific to data center construction.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure project compliance with specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including reports, checklists, and corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and best practices (ISO, ANSI, ASHRAE, etc.).
• Train and mentor construction teams on quality control processes and best practices.
• Work closely with clients and regulatory bodies to address quality concerns and ensure project expectations are met.
• Investigate and address non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
