Job description
A company is looking for a Quality Control Post Close Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate loan files for various loan types, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans
Identify loan deficiencies and communicate findings within required timeframes
Complete pre-purchase, post-closing, and agency audits as assigned
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 5 years' experience in the Mortgage Industry
Strong understanding of various documentation types and loan programs
Knowledge of PC environments, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
Must be able to work overtime on short notice, as required
