A company is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to perform audits and maintain accurate reports related to insurance processing. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality control audits of insurance updates to ensure compliance with procedures and SLA agreements Review internal control procedures and assess the support and recording of insurance processing transactions Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of experience in process improvements and insurance processing, preferably in the insurance industry Quality control auditing experience is preferred Basic understanding of Auto and Mortgage Insurance Familiarity with internal control procedures and ability to analyze transaction-level data
