1ST SHIFT; MON- FRI; 7AM - 3 : 30PM

PAY RATE : $25 / HR - $30 / HR (DOE)

O verview :

As a Quality Inspector you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards and specifications. Your expertise in GD&T and precision measurement tools like calipers will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for high-quality energetic solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct detailed inspections of components and assemblies using GD&T principles to ensure compliance with all engineering drawings and specifications.

Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to measure parts for conformance to specifications.

Interpret technical documents, including blueprints, and schematic drawings to identify measurement requirements.

Record inspection results, complete inspection reports, and maintain records of quality checks.

Work collaboratively with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending changes to improve the manufacturing and quality processes.

Participate in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent; further certification in mechanical or quality engineering is a plus.

Strong experience with GD&T, including a thorough understanding of symbols, terms, and concepts.

Proficiency in using calipers and other precision measuring tools.

At least 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
