Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Ensure products and services provided at facility meet or exceed requirements
• Report all discrepancies and / or departures from published guidelines and procedures to facility management.
• Assist in QAR investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action and respond to QAR's issued against the facility by Corp. Quality
• Performing quality checks throughout production runs.
• Assess and coordinate individual employee training needs, provide quality system orientation, training and maintain documentation
• Perform spot checks of quality measurements throughout the coating process to help ensure material is meeting SOP requirements and report any deviations to operations management
• Oversee and ensure Sieve analysis of blast media are preformed daily (new media as it arrives)
• Maintain and conduct calibrations / surveys of ovens in facility
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed
• Follow all Company HSE, QMS policies and procedures and report to the appropriate personnel of any violations of these policies or procedures.
