Seeking a Lab Tech to join a Food Company in Southern New Jersey.

This is a 2nd shift role (2-10 : 30pm).

Essential Functions :

General :

• Conduct self in a professional and cooperative manner at all times.
• Know and understand Food Safety Principles : HACCP, GMP's.
• Know and understand Laboratory Safety Principles, GLP's and safety procedures.
• Know and understand Microbiology (preferably as it pertains to food) Principles.
• Know and understand Quality Assurance and Control principles as they relate to the daily QA activities assigned.
• Always conduct self in a safe manner as per Company Policy.
• Committed to providing a safe food product
• Works within all regulatory requirements
• Ability to adhere to GMP practices and all other food safety requirements
• Perform all other related duties as required
