Under the direction of the Quality and Performance Improvement Manager, the Quality Coordinator will provide coverage and support to the Patient Relations Coordinator and the Quality Improvement and Operations Analyst as needed to ensure optimal department functioning. The Quality Coordinator provides excellent customer service and reputation management, and assists in reporting and data analysis as needed.
This is for a casual role based at the corporate office in Woodbury, MN. Casual is defined on an as needed basis for coverage during busy times, projects and staff coverage as needed. Scheduled day hours are Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.
Supports the mission to continuously improve Summit's quality of care by listening to patients, documenting and investigating concerns, and partnering with department leaders to proactively problem solve and meet patient needs and expectations.
Supports reputation management and serves as a liaison between patients and the organization’s administration, staff and physicians.
Performs various processes of quality data collection including data exports, imports, and audits, input of patient reported outcome surveys, general maintenance of systems, and other data collection processes relevant to quality reporting, analysis and trending.
Partners with Quality and Performance Improvement Analyst to prepare reports, extract and analyze data to show trends over time, and prepare other materials for presentation to various audiences.
Some time spent working and interacting with employees in clinic, therapy and surgery center setting.
