Quality Engineer Staff

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for leading and implementing advanced Quality Engineering initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This will include analyzing program and / or process performance (data analytics / trends) to identify risks and support process improvements. In addition, the position will assist with performing Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and product build surveillance activities.

The position is intended to be a catalyst for program initiatives to reduce Scrap, Rework, and Repair (SRR) cost, improve quality inspection systems, reduce internal and external escapes, and ensure production / quality process compliance.

This position supports the F-35 Center Wing program.

Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

A level 3 employee typically has 5 - 8 years of professional experience.
