About the Role :
As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our quality and production systems. Youll be responsible for designing and implementing inspection plans, utilizing statistical process controls, and evaluating suppliers to ensure top-tier quality across inbound and outbound products. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with Design Engineering to execute performance testing and analyze new and existing products, focusing on key factors like heat rise, vibration, noise generation, and component failure modes.
Youll apply your expertise in statistics, materials, and mechanical design to drive quality across all stages of the production process. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills while working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain comprehensive inspection plans and statistical process controls for quality and production systems.
- Evaluate suppliers to ensure products meet quality standards across inbound and outbound stages.
- Work with Design Engineering teams to execute and coordinate performance testing, focusing on thermal, vibration, noise, and component failure analysis.
- Utilize your knowledge of statistics to interpret data and ensure continuous process improvements.
- Apply your understanding of materials and mechanical design to help resolve quality-related issues and support product development.
