Job Description :
The Quality Engineer position will be instrumental in completing first article inspection reports in accordance with AS9100 / AS9102 requirements in support of multiple aerospace customers. This role will also include performing final product inspection to assure product meets design and customer requirements. Additionally, the Quality Engineer will use strong problem solving skills to perform Root Cause Analysis and perform effective Corrective Actions. They may perform quality tasks such as non-conforming hardware disposition, quality system audits, product evaluations, process monitoring, supplied part problem resolution, and data analysis. This role will also participate in various process improvement initiatives, including eliminating waste(s) from existing operations and quality systems transactional processes, such as scrap, rework and warranty returns.
