Job Title : Quality EngineerJob Description
- Apply quality system elements as necessary to achieve and continuously improve the quality objectives (DOEs, Poka-yokes, etc.) - Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Quality Management System by executing audits and conducting follow-up corrective actions to maintain and improve the system, both internally and externally. - Participate in product and process planning / design, gage design and service development. Perform all quality PCO / PCR reviews. Drive compliance to Control Plans & PPAPs. - Perform root cause analysis - Evaluate process capability and apply appropriate statistical techniques and control methods to meet quality, performance and cost objectives. - Apply appropriate tools to give feedback to operators and ensure control of key process and product characteristics. - Maintain regulatory agency requirements (including control and record keeping of all correspondence, testing results, certificates and regular reviews) as required for certification.

Work Environment
Fast paced, Collaborative - will work closely with many different departments. Structured - everything is very transparent and what's expected is very well defined. There are large lists of what needs to be done for the day and who's assigned. Culture : The team is a tight group and this role will require interfacing with many different departments.
