We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Engineer who is passionate about the engineering industry and has a knack for meticulous perfection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Space Flight, Technical, Quality, and AS9100. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related field. As a Permanent Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our engineering projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be part of a vibrant team of engineers, working in a fast-paced and challenging environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and nurtured.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement quality control systems and measures in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

2. Evaluate the efficiency of existing quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements.

3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure that quality control procedures are properly understood and followed.

4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

5. Analyze failures and discrepancies to identify their root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions.

6. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into product designs from the early stages.

7. Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members on quality control procedures and standards.

8. Prepare and present reports on quality control activities to management and stakeholders.

9. Keep abreast of latest developments in quality engineering and introduce new concepts and techniques as appropriate.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the engineering industry.

3. Proven experience in Space Flight, Technical, Quality, and AS9100.

4. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work effectively in a team and to lead and motivate others.

8. Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.

9. Certification as a Quality Engineer from a recognized professional body will be an advantage.

10. Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
