Oversee quality improvement for risk adjustment processes across all products
Manage provider satisfaction surveys and implement improvement action plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field; equivalent experience required
Master's Degree preferred
7+ years of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or healthcare operations required
Certified Professional in Health Care Quality preferred
