Kelly services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company looking for a a temp to hire QC inspector for their two locations Rockland & Weymouth. If interested, please apply for the job with your 2026 resume.
Pay $28 per hour, based on experience
Job details :
Deliver hands-on quality support to Manufacturing, Materials, Product Engineering, and Sales teams.
Prepare, implement, and sustain process, product, and equipment performance improvements.
Provide Incoming Inspection and / or QC Final Test support during periods of increased product demand.
Interpret manufacturing drawings and understand product specifications.
Apply detailed problem-solving skills to thoroughly analyze manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and propose practical corrective actions.
Compile findings and document solutions, ensuring clarity and logical communication.
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to set goals, plan tasks, and achieve objectives.
Acquire and apply new information quickly using appropriate learning strategies.
Participate in documentation creation, non-conformance data collection, and quality trend analysis for defect-reduction programs.
Extract and analyze trend information from quality data systems and through collaboration with team members
Guide and train personnel to ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and continuous improvement goals.
Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with current policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and use of statistical process control.
Desirable Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a Quality or Manufacturing-related role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of Quality Control standards, problem-solving tools, and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (or equivalent).
Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) software and application.
