Building trust with clients by clearly explaining findings and recommending optimal treatments. Closing sales by demonstrating the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services. Managing appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently using a company-provided iPad. Working independently, organizing your schedule, and maximizing lead opportunities. Representing Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity. Top Earning Potential : Average first-year earnings between $70,000 and $100,000 (base salary plus commission). Uncapped Commission : The more you sell, the more you earn. Company Vehicle : Includes a gas card for convenience. Paid Training : No pest control experience necessary; we'll teach you everything you need to know.
