Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Associate / Manager, Quality.
Key Responsibilities
Track, upload, and manage documentation required to be in the TMF across studies
Collaborate with quality and clinical operations staff on study oversight metrics and create action plans for metrics exceeding KPIs
Perform audits of clinical sites, TMF, and / or vendor sites as needed and support clinical site inspection readiness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent knowledge and experience
6-12 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or related field, with GCP Quality experience; additional GXP disciplines are a plus
Hands-on approach with a high sense of urgency and drive for results
Natural collaborator who enjoys working on cross-functional teams
