Job description
A company is looking for a Data Quality Specialist who will ensure high-quality, reliable data flows into the data warehouse.
Key Responsibilities :
Own end-to-end data quality workflows for clinical, eligibility, and claims datasets
Execute data cleaning, standardization, reconciliation, and validation from various sources
Perform eligibility matching, track variances, and maintain accurate mappings across systems
Required Qualifications :
3+ years in a healthcare data role (payer, provider, TPA, benefits admin, or healthtech)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivots)
Intermediate SQL and Python knowledge
Experience with eligibility and claims data
Working knowledge of HIPAA / PHI handling
