Key Responsibilities
Analyze clinical and EHR workflows of assigned partners and develop necessary documentation
Monitor performance and develop actionable steps for continuous improvement
Deliver educational support and strategies to meet quality measure benchmarks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
3-5 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
Knowledge of CMS program requirements for ACO, MSSP, and Medicare Advantage
Demonstrated integrity, dependability, advocacy, and clarity in work
