Volt is immediately hiring for Quality Control Technician in Hawthorne, CA .

As a Quality Control Technician, you will :

• Model and enforce the highest safety standards in the manufacturing environment.
• Review and monitor in-line manufacturing testing specifications and associated production test equipment per written procedures.
• Inspect in-process / in-line test setups for compliance with applicable procedures.
• Perform checks per specifications while monitoring critical technical and physical parameters for compliance.
• Complete and maintain data sheets, generate data plots, and keep a detailed quality control log.
• Investigate and address QC anomalies with sound technical judgment.
• Participate in test planning efforts, test readiness reviews, and provide feedback for procedure improvements.
• Communicate clearly and collaboratively across all levels and functions in the organization.
• Travel to external test locations to assist in setup, inspection, and operation of qualification flight tests.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience :

Pay Rate : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
