We are looking to add a dynamic individual to our team in Tempe, Arizona, who is hungry to make a difference! You would be responsible for learning the Express way, and building and creating relationships with employers in the Tempe / Chandler area.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting with companies face2face and over the phone. They have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective client companies. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of companies hiring
- Call on 150 decision Makers / Weekly
- Conduct 10 face to face appointments weekly
- Qualify companies by asking hiring and skill related questions
- Serve as contact person for all client companies
- Send 3 Weekly email campaigns
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails & Marketing campaigns.
