About the Role :
As a Vet Technician at Eastside Animal Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our animal patients. You will work closely with our veterinarians to assist in medical procedures, administer medications, and monitor patient recovery. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in ensuring the safety and comfort of our animal patients. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and communicating with pet owners regarding their animal's care.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or equivalent
- Certification as a Veterinary Technician
- Experience working in a veterinary hospital or clinic
- Knowledge of animal behavior and medical terminology
- Ability to lift and restrain animals as needed
