Position Summary : We're looking for an experienced Programming Director with a track record in Rhythmic CHR. This role involves curating compelling local content, developing promotions, and driving ratings growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting with our local audience and adept at utilizing social media.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop programming strategies in line with Sun Broadcasting's vision.
- Oversee music scheduling and playlist updates.
- Collaborate with on-air talent to maintain engaging local content.
- Create promotional campaigns to enhance the station brand.
- Analyze ratings and research data for growth opportunities.
- Work with sales teams on revenue-generating opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and music releases.
- Recruit and mentor on-air talent.
- Adapt to changes in technology and audience behavior.
