The fall fundraiser will occur September 9-12. Spring fundraiser is TBD.

Phone operator - take phone calls from listeners / donors during our fundraiser events and enter their gift or pledge with great attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic computer and typing skills, previous customer service experienced preferred.

There is a mandatory training session that will need to be completed prior to working. The presentation covers the use of our gift registration system that is required for this position. The training session could be offered via video or in person and is up to 1 hour and paid.

• Answer incoming calls, enthusiastically greeting callers
• Accurately and efficiently enter caller and donation information into computer system
• Keep all caller and donor information confidential
• Abide by all University policies

Wage : $12.48 per hour

STUDENT POSITIONS ARE OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS ENROLLED IN A MINIMUM OF 1 ON-CAMPUS TRAD COURSE (INCLUDING PSOC) AT UNW.
