Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Radiologic Technologist :

1. Radiologic Technologist Certification through American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT);

2. Active Nevada state Radiologic Technologist license;

3. Knowledge of : Radiology safety procedures and protocols; and HIPAA and OSHA regulations / procedures

4. Communicating effectively with patients physicians and other medical staff.

Requirements of the Radiologic Technologist :

Minimum Qualifications

• Certifications / Education

Certification as a Radiologic Technologist through the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).

Safety protocols and procedures specific to radiology.

Proficiency with computer systems and relevant applications.
