Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group (Kelly OCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technician for a long-term engagement with one of our Global medical device clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This is a full-time, fully benefited position offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Job Specifications :
Location : Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Pay Rate : $30-33 / hr with shift differential of $39 an hour for weekends or after 6PM
Shift : Monday through Friday, 8AM-4 : 30PM, alternating weekends as needed
Travel : Up to 5%
Roles and Responsibilities : Perform lab technician responsibilities, preparing for and conducting inanimate (harvested animal tissue and / or human cadaver) labs in Clinical Simulation Department
- Operate a C-arm for events that require x-ray
- Ensure that lab areas, including surgical pods and surgical support areas are set-up and maintained with appropriate tissue type, instrumentation and lab equipment.
- Ensure that lab areas, including surgical pods and support areas, are restored to proper order at the end of lab. This may include appropriately disposing of single-use items, and putting away lab equipment.
- Cleaning instrumentation after use. Includes hand scrubbing to remove debris and machine washing.
- Maintain lab and instrumentation cleanliness in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental procedures.
- Maintain inventory of instrumentation, supplies, and equipment in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental procedures.
- Routine maintenance (annual) and Non-routine maintenance on assigned equipment responsibilities; including but not limited to the C-arm
- Adherence to company and department protocol guidelines for lab procedures; including but not limited to fluorscopic radiology procedures.
- Participate in require annual health surveillance program (including the completion of blood-borne pathogen training).
- Participate in quarterly audit sweeps to maintain regulatory and departmental compliance.
- Collaboration with internal and external associates and customers in the planning and execution of hands-on training labs.

Education : Associate degree required.
