Job Title : Interventional Radiologic Technologist
Location : Fairfield, California
Shift : 10-Hour Days | 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM | Variable Schedule with On-Call
Contract Duration : 8 Weeks (Potential to Extend)
Guaranteed Hours : 40 Hours / Week
Start Date : ASAP
Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiologic Technologist II (CIRT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The CIRT will perform a wide range of interventional procedures under physician direction, including complex cardiac, vascular, and trauma-related imaging. This position supports inpatient and outpatient care and upholds the mission and values of high-quality, patient-centered service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform diagnostic and complex interventional cardiac and vascular procedures
- Assist with peripheral vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures
- Support trauma radiographic services and OR radiographs as needed
- Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic equipment in compliance with state regulations
- Follow radiation safety and infection control standards
- Respond promptly to emergency and on-call needs (30-minute arrival required)
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous quality improvement
