Status: Per Diem

Shift: Days (8hr)

Pay Rate*: $62.00/hr

Position Summary

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is an advanced allied health professional with demonstrated skills and competency in all required General and Cardiac Nuclear Medicine modalities provided in the hospital. Under general supervision, performs all General and Cardiac Nuclear Medicine procedures within the scope of the Nuclear Medicine Department.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

·Ability to communicate pertinent patient information to the radiologist.

·Ability to evaluate the demands of physicians, patients, staff and superiors.

·Ability to effectively identify and implement performance improvement techniques.

·Ability to deliver quality customer service. 5. Ability to be at work and be on time

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

·One year experience in all areas where routine Nuclear Medicine procedures are provided to include geriatric, adult, adolescent, and neonate patient populations.

Education/Licensure/Certification:

·CNMT required

·NMTCB or ARRT (NM) required

·CRT preferred

·BCLS (CPR for Health Care Provider) required
