A company is looking for a Radiology Scheduling Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform insurance verification and authorization processes for scheduled patients

Schedule patients for imaging services and provide necessary prep instructions

Manage clerical tasks including monitoring emails, faxes, and voicemails related to scheduling

Required Qualifications :

Excellent customer service or client relations experience in an office or hospital environment

High volume call center experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent GED required

Associates degree in a related field or a minimum of two years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing

Proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
