Join a remarkable team where quality care meets quality service—every dimension, every time. Novant Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Radiology Manager to lead high-volume Radiology operation at our brand new Scotts Hill Medical Center.

With leadership responsibility for 45+ team members, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant organizational impact while elevating clinical quality, team engagement, and service excellence.

What You’ll Do

Lead financial and operational performance, including departmental budgeting, cost controls, resource allocation, staffing, and scheduling.

Drive strategic growth by overseeing capital planning, equipment acquisitions, and technology investments aligned with system-wide imaging strategy.

Cultivate a high-performing Radiology team through coaching, professional development, competency assessments, and continuous training.

Partner collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, hospital leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered imaging services.

Qualifications

Education

Associate Degree from an accredited 2-year technologist program — Required

Bachelor’s Degree — Preferred

Experience

5 years as a Technologist — Required

1 year of radiology leadership experience — Required

Licensure / Certification

• ARRT certification — Required
