Job descriptionCurrent CPR certification CRT & Fluoroscopy Permit certification Minimum of three (3) years experience as a staff technologist ARRT certification in Mammography Computed Tomography Cardiac / Interventional Radiology or MRI and must spend at least 25% of clinical time working in the specialty. Demonstrates extensive knowledge of principles protocols techniques and procedures of Diagnostic Radiography and specialty.
Responsibilities
- Efficient interpretation of clinical information from clinical team meeting radiology needs of patients
- Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning respective to the order
- Hyper-sensitivity in monitoring radiation exposure time and activity
- Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself.
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures.
Qualifications
