Responsibilities :

• Managing Project Engineering Organization.
• Coordinating the clients project specifications / requirements managing schedule projected expenses and quality with the engineering team in adherence to all our contractual obligations.
• Reporting program status to Senior Management and Customers.
• Ensuring the proper resources are allocated from each organization to perform and verify the contract.
• Managing personnel within project organization by assigning work accordance with staff skills while assisting the quality department in drafting quality material and process specifications.
• Building relationships with subcontractors to meet objectives of cost quality and schedule needs.
• Preparing quotes accurately for product plans schedules and projected spending to define the product to all UNEW engineering specifications and quality requirements.
• Communicating with management and clients to update them on the projects schedule and ensure all / any significant issues are resolved.
• Traveling in the US and International as required sometimes for extended periods.
• This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder) Political Asylee or Refugee.
