Job Title : Senior IT Project Manager

The primary role of an IT Project Manager is to oversee and ensure the successful application of project management methodologies across all phases of a project's lifecycle. This includes managing project design, scope, budget, timelines, resources, and quality while ensuring deliverables meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
• Oversee project resources, including staffing, motivating, coaching, and advising team members.
• Collaborate with functional project teams to define business requirements.
• Lead developer teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.
• Define and implement test plans to ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate UAT processes, including developing rollout plans and procedures.
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to systems development and project management processes.
• Deliver presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.
