We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at JWG Trucking LLC in Port St. Lucie, FL. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, backhoes, pavers, graders, and other earth-moving equipment to construct and repair roads. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and in a timely manner. In addition, you will be expected to maintain a safe working environment and keep accurate records of tasks completed. - Utilize heavy equipment such as Skid steers, front-end loaders, excavators, etc. to complete projects as specified
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations when operating heavy equipment

- Monitor and inspect equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain communication with other team members to coordinate efficient project completion Qualifications :
- Proven experience operating and repairing Heavy Equipment
- Must have a valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret job plans and safety guidelines
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and have the dexterity to work in confined spaces
- Proficiency with computer and cell phone operations is preferred
- Must have US Work Authorization Compensation : $19.50 - $24.50 hourly
