Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $22.86 - $28.57, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $22.86 - $34.28.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Contact members through various channels to resolve delinquent accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and document collection efforts while preparing regular activity reports.
- Manage charged-off loan recovery processes, recommend charge-offs and legal actions, and handle bankruptcy accounts, including monitoring and reviewing assigned cases.
- Administer insurance follow-ups, respond to credit bureau disputes, and ensure high member satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a financial institution required.
- Account collection experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
In addition:
- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Our Hours:
A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with the occasional need to work Saturdays.
In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
