A teacher is needed for a special educational needs (SEN) school in Andover, Hampshire for students with Moderate Learning difficulties (MLD).
As a teacher, you will support primary school students KS1 & KS2, who need extra support than in offered in mainstream schools.

Your responsibilities as a teacher may include :
Lesson planning and delivery for students with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. This may include alternative teaching methods, such as Lego therapy and intensive interaction sessions.
Helping students to develop confidence and independence.
Working with specialist teaching services, medical staff, counsellors, and psychologists
Being aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
To be a teacher, you will need :
The right to work in the UK.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or overseas trained teacher awaiting QTS.
A clear and up-to-date DBS
Experience working as a Teacher in a UK school.
A patient and caring attitude with the ability to remain calm and supportive under pressure.
