Position Overview

A leading real estate development firm in Hawaii seeks a strategic and entrepreneurial Vice President of Real Estate Development to support high-impact residential, commercial, and special-use projects. This role requires extensive experience in project feasibility assessments and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Will lead project planning, design, and entitlement efforts, ensuring regulatory and zoning compliance. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, and community partners.

Requirements

Advanced degree (MBA, JD) or CPA designation preferred.
